- Orders must be placed via WhatsApp or Email only
- No direct online payment on website
- Orders below 1 ton: Confirmation via WhatsApp/Email
- Orders above 1 ton: Payment on-site
- Prices are indicative and change daily
- Customer must confirm price & availability before ordering
- 100% advance payment required before dispatch
Fresh Seafood Order Policy
- Products are sourced based on daily catch & availability
- Orders must be placed minimum 1 day in advance
- Dispatch: Next day after confirmation
- No same-day delivery
- Transport via train / bus logistics
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
- Procurement and handling begin immediately
Availability & Supply Disclaimer
Seafood is a natural product dependent on:
- Weather conditions
- Fishing activity
- Seasonal availability

- Suitable alternative may be offered
- Or refund will be processed (if unable to supply at all)
Live Seafood & Shellfish Disclaimer
Live seafood (Green Mussels, Clams, Snails, etc.) is high-risk & sensitive:

- Temperature changes
- Climate conditions
- Transport time
- Handling
- Weight loss during transit is natural
- All live seafood orders are strictly at buyerβs risk

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
- Once shipment / RR copy is shared:
- Buyer must collect on time

- Delays in pickup

6. Split Compensation Policy
- Compensation may be given in multiple parts (split adjustments)

- No compensation from source suppliers
- Market and supply limitations

7. No Product Return Policy
- Returns are not accepted due to:
- Perishable nature
- Hygiene concerns

8. Fraud & Misuse Policy (Strict Action)
- Any fake complaints / manipulated proofs / false claims:
