  • No direct online payment on website
  • Orders below 1 ton: Confirmation via WhatsApp/Email
  • Orders above 1 ton: Payment on-site
  • Prices are indicative and change daily
  • Customer must confirm price & availability before ordering
  • 100% advance payment required before dispatch

Fresh Seafood Order Policy

  • Products are sourced based on daily catch & availability
  • Orders must be placed minimum 1 day in advance
  • Dispatch: Next day after confirmation
  • No same-day delivery
  • Transport via train / bus logistics

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
  • Procurement and handling begin immediately
