- No direct online payments are accepted on the website
- Orders below 1 ton: Online confirmation via WhatsApp/Email
- Orders above 1 ton: Payment to be made on-site

- Customers must confirm price and availability before ordering
Fresh Seafood Order Policy
- All seafood is sourced fresh based on daily catch and availability
- Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance
- Dispatch will be done next day after order confirmation
- Same-day delivery is not available
- Delivery via train or bus transport depending on logistics
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Procurement and processing begin immediately after confirmation
Availability Note
Seafood availability depends on:
