Fresh Seafood / Fish Order Policy
Fresh Seafood Order Policy
All seafood and fish orders are freshly sourced and processed based on daily availability and natural conditions. Once an order is placed, it is immediately scheduled for procurement and handling.
All seafood orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Orders placed today will be shipped the next day. Same-day shipment is not possible.
We use railway or bus transport for delivery, depending on availability and logistics.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as the sourcing and preparation process begins immediately.
Availability Note:
Seafood landing depends entirely on natural factors such as weather and catch availability. In rare cases where items are unavailable, suitable alternatives, adjustments, or refunds will be provided accordingly.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand the nature of fresh seafood supply.
Live Fish & Shellfish Disclaimer
Live fish and shellfish (such as green mussels, blood clams, snails, etc.) are highly sensitive and may experience mortality due to transport conditions including distance, temperature, handling, and mode of shipment (train/bus).
Some weight loss may occur due to mortality during transit. Purchase of live seafood is strictly at the buyer’s risk.
By placing an order for live fish or shellfish, you agree to these terms and accept the associated risks.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once shipping details or the RR copy are shared, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the shipment on time.
As seafood is perishable, timely collection is essential. Qezla Industries will not be responsible for any damage, spoilage, or delays caused due to late collection by the customer.
Perishable Items – Terms, Conditions & Grades
All seafood and fish are perishable items and are subject to natural variations. Exact grading and sizing may not always be precise, and slight differences in size and quality may occur.
All fresh seafood is directly sourced from seaports and fishing harbours, with Andhra Pradesh as the primary source along with other regions. The material is not stored and is shipped directly from the harbour to packing and dispatch, ensuring maximum freshness.
Due to long-distance transportation, weather conditions, and handling, there may be some weight loss as products can dry during transit. These variations depend on distance, temperature, and environmental factors.
Customers are requested to be fully aware of these factors before purchasing and must agree to these terms at the time of placing the order.
