New Delhi: According to data published on Wednesday by the Union health ministry, India has reported 10 new coronavirus infections, while there are already 152 active cases. The figures updated at 8 am indicated that 5,33,295 deaths had been reported.

Total COVID cases in the nation are 4.50 crore (4,50,01,492). On the website of the health ministry, it is said that 4,44,68,045 persons have recovered from the illness, making the national recovery rate stand at 98.81 percent.

The current rate of case fatalities is 1.19 percent.

The COVID vaccination has been given out in the nation in 220.67 crore doses, according to the ministry's website.
