1. Water:
Increase your water intake from before. 3 liters minimum each day. After every meal, take a 10-minute walk.
3. Talk to People:
Speak with someone who brings you joy. When you speak with that person, your aura changes.
4. Sleep Well:
Try if you can, sleep for 7-8 hours each day.
5. Exercise:
Workout for 35–45 minutes each day. If you don't have any persistent physical problems, like back discomfort, etc.
6. Reduce Processed Food:
Make an effort to consume fewer processed or unhealthy foods. Reduce it to just 3 or 4 times per month. I'm telling you this because it's quite useful.
7. Cook Meals:
You must be an adult, therefore attempt to make your own wholesome meals at home. Additionally, it makes you feel satisfied.
8. Learn New Something New:
Discover something new Developing new talents supports brain health. Enroll in a dance class or a session for creative writing. Learn a new language instead. The mental effort required can lessen the consequences of Alzheimer's disease and slow the ageing process.
9. Reading.
I am aware that some of us may find this difficult. I find it to be quite difficult as well. But I've been reading frequently since November 2021. I now ensure that I read for at least 30 minutes each day. You gain a completely new outlook on life in general as a result.
10. Interact.
Engage in conversation with others in your immediate vicinity or those you encounter frequently, such as your driver, assistant, security guard, vendor, etc. If you speak politely to them, they will feel special.
